About the Role
As part of an Agile team, the engineer will implement innovative test solutions for embedded intelligent devices, act as a test champion, and continuously improve processes, tools, and practices to deliver world-class products. The role offers an opportunity to expand development and testing expertise while working on globally deployed, customer-focused products. • Create, execute, and maintain test plans for new product designs. • Document and analyze test results, providing feedback to development teams. • Develop and maintain automation scripts, tools, and test cases using Python (e.g., PyTest, Robot Framework). • Design and build test fixtures to support R&D and manufacturing test requirements. • Perform manual, sanity, smoke, regression, and other tests regularly. • Champion process improvements to increase quality, reduce cost, and improve efficiency. • Collaborate with test leads, architects, and design teams to prioritize automation and deliver business value. • Participate in agile ceremonies such as scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives. • Apply functional, system-level, risk‑based testing strategies and coverage analysis. • Utilize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git) for test automation. • Interface programmatically with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, DAQs) using Python.

What You Bring
We seek a positive, confident, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment and is passionate about testing next-generation technologies that ensure robust, reliable, and seamlessly connected products. • Demonstrate expertise in embedded systems (RTOS, ARM Cortex, STM32) and circuit fundamentals. • Communicate effectively and work proactively as a result-oriented team player. • Optional: Experience with electrical/electronic product testing, Agile development lifecycle, Jira/Confluence, environmental testing standards, IoT protocols, mobile/companion app testing, and environmental sensors. • Minimum 7 years of relevant test experience; Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
