What You Bring

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field. • 10+ years of transportation engineering experience. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Professional Engineer license in Illinois (Missouri desired). • Hands‑on experience with OpenRoads Designer. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. • Ability to implement WSP’s Quality Control Procedures. • Master’s degree in engineering (preferred). • Experience managing small to mid‑size projects (preferred). • Leadership experience with IDOT or other local agencies (preferred). • Business development experience (preferred). • Experience leading and mentoring a team (preferred). • Immediate ability to work in the United States; occasional travel may be required.
