About the Role

The role is 100 % travel and supports maintenance and operation of generators, HVAC, and telecom site infrastructure. You will ensure jobs are completed correctly, safely, and on time, while adhering to OSHA and company standards and conducting due diligence for multiple projects. • Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and hazards. • Assist tradesmen to complete skilled tasks efficiently. • Read and interpret customer detail plans. • Deliver superior customer service while performing job functions promptly, accurately, and safely. • Adhere to OSHA and company regulations. • Conduct due diligence for multiple projects before fieldwork. • Review peer work products. • Follow OSHA‑compliant safety procedures.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license (Class A CDL preferred) and have construction experience, including equipment operation and reading blueprints. Strong communication skills, professional presentation, and the ability to follow safety procedures are required. • Valid driver's license; Class A CDL highly desired. • Prior construction or construction‑industry experience. • Experience operating equipment (backhoes, mini‑excavators, skid steers) and performing concrete/asphalt work and form board setting. • Ability to read blueprints and job‑related documents. • Professional appearance and communication with staff, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers. • Capacity to learn from instruction and self‑study.

Pay ranges from $28 to $35 per hour based on experience.
