About the Role
• Manage subcontracted and managed service suppliers to ensure compliance with agreement terms. • Receive and dispatch work requests to vendors, landlords, or service providers. • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities. • Oversee third‑party vendor work, track work order completion, follow up with vendors and clients, and review subcontractor invoices. • Ensure site management practices meet company, MSA, and client standards. • Communicate and escalate issues with clients, vendors, and other parties, building trusted relationships. • Lead and support meetings with service providers and stakeholders.

What You Bring

No relocation assistance or housing is provided, and candidates must have permanent U.S. work authorization. • Pursuing a bachelor's degree (2–3 years completed) in business, facilities management, or related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and client relationship management. • Detail‑oriented with ability to track multiple work orders and coordinate schedules. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; able to learn facility‑management software systems.

Compensation is estimated between $9,704 and $11,404 per year, with final packages based on qualifications, location, and market conditions.
