Job Highlights
About the Role
• Lead People Services team for onboarding, exit, and employee lifecycle transactions in India. • Ensure data integrity in Workday and compliance with global standards. • Oversee accurate administration of Compensation & Benefits, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and benefits enrollment. • Collaborate with Rewards team to align payroll, benefits, and rewards programs with organizational goals. • Drive process improvements, continuous quality, and high‑performance customer service across the function. • Partner with GBS leads and HR Business Partners to analyze compensation trends and recommend enhancements. • Provide guidance on C&B policies, statutory regulations, and internal governance. • Lead special projects and ensure smooth transition to business operations. • Monitor and report on SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery performance. • Maintain resource levels to enable an agile workforce and ensure SOX and audit compliance.

What You Bring
• 15+ years of HR experience, including leading a global or matrixed HR team. • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources. • Deep knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and shared‑service operations within the India region. • Expertise with Workday (or similar HCM), Oracle, and ADP Global View or comparable systems. • Strong stakeholder engagement and senior‑level influencing capabilities. • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Experience reporting on metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to drive continuous HR service improvement.
