About the Role
The attorney will draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and related closing documents while overseeing title, survey, zoning, and land‑use diligence. They will coordinate outside counsel and vendors, provide practical legal advice to operations and leadership, and handle post‑closing integration and property‑management issues. • Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and closing documents for real estate transactions. • Manage title, survey, zoning, and land‑use diligence with title companies and outside counsel. • Draft and negotiate real estate leases and lease amendments, including related diligence. • Prepare acquisition transaction documents such as purchase agreements and ancillary agreements. • Coordinate and oversee outside counsel, consultants, and vendors for efficient transaction execution. • Provide practical legal advice to operations, development, and leadership on risk assessment and deal structure. • Assist with post‑closing integration, title or survey issue resolution, and ongoing property management.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least three years of experience as a practicing attorney with a primary focus on real estate or acquisitions, preferably involving industrial, mining, construction, or infrastructure assets. They should possess strong knowledge of title, survey, zoning, land‑use, and environmental diligence, and be able to manage multiple transactions in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills, together with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior leadership, are required. • Minimum three years of experience as an attorney focused on real estate and/or acquisitions. • Experience with complex transactions involving industrial, mining, construction, or infrastructure assets. • Strong knowledge of title, survey, zoning, land‑use, and environmental diligence. • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills with a solution‑oriented approach. • Independent work style combined with collaborative cross‑functional team engagement.
