About the Role
We are looking for a Housekeeping Runner to join the team at The Fountains Resort. In this role, you will help bring vacation dreams to life by assisting our guests and team. If you enjoy making people feel welcome and being part of an outstanding team environment, this job is for you. As a Housekeeping Runner you will provide guest service, answer questions about resort services, activities, and local attractions, and ensure all requests are delivered promptly and correctly. You will check storerooms for cribs, high chairs, pack‑and‑play units and bed rails, keep linen and guest amenities stocked, and lift up to 75 lb and push or pull carts of up to 150 lb while carrying out reasonable requests from supervisors. • Provide guest information on resort services, activities, and attractions • Deliver guest requests promptly and ensure functionality • Inspect storerooms for cribs, high chairs, pack‑and‑play units, and bed rails for safety • Follow reasonable requests from supervisors or management

What You Bring
The position requires a high school diploma or GED, previous hospitality or related experience is preferred, and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
