About the Role
The Pump and Power Foreman leads projects that involve setting up and tearing down pump and power equipment, including bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, HVAC, and water restoration. This role requires creating project plans, delegating tasks, maintaining tools, and ensuring clear communication with customers and internal resources. • Leverage current skills while developing new ones • Motivate and coach team members during projects • Create and execute project plans with the team • Assign tasks to crew members to achieve daily goals • Represent Sunbelt in communications with customers and internal resources • Create accurate project timelines • Maintain tools and supplies needed for project completion • Document projects with daily notes, labor logs, and progress reports • Assist with shop and yard cleanliness when not assigned to a project • Assist with deliveries, pick‑ups, and everyday business when not on a project

What You Bring
Candidates must possess basic equipment knowledge, a strong mechanical and construction background, and proven leadership abilities. Physical demands include lifting up to 100 pounds and performing tasks such as bending, squatting, and working both indoors and outdoors. • Basic equipment knowledge and troubleshooting of pumps, generators, power distribution, HVAC, heater, and shoring • Strong mechanical background, preferably in a similar industry • Strong leadership skills with a history of success • Construction background • Excellent time management skills • Basic equipment operating skills (forklift, skid loader, etc.) • Class A CDL preferred • Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 pounds regularly
