About the Role

• Review design validation reports, IFC drawings, and shop drawings for mechanical systems. • Ensure compliance with FIDIC Yellow Book, UAE mechanical codes, and Abu Dhabi authority requirements (ADM, ADCD, Estidama, etc.). • Supervise site installation of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire‑fighting systems. • Support testing, commissioning, and integration with the building management system (BMS). • Coordinate authority submissions, inspections, and approvals. • Resolve design and site‑related technical issues efficiently. • Liaise with the resident engineer, contractors, and stakeholders. • Manage multiple technical reviews to ensure timely approvals and compliant delivery.
