About the Role
The Senior Engineering Executive will be the go‑to professional for facility operations, overseeing daily site activities, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring safe, efficient maintenance of electrical, mechanical and equipment systems. You will design and implement preventative safety programs, guarantee compliance with government, client and internal policies, and drive performance by meeting or exceeding service level agreements and key performance indicators. Additionally, you will lead improvement and energy‑management projects, coordinate vendors, conduct audits, and develop engineering service‑delivery standards and measurement tools for the technical team. • Manage daily facility operations and resolve technical issues. • Develop and execute preventative safety programs ensuring regulatory compliance. • Meet and exceed service level agreements and key performance indicators. • Lead improvement and energy‑management initiatives to reduce utility costs. • Coordinate vendor projects, audits, and repairs in line with timelines. • Create engineering service‑delivery standards and site‑specific protocols. • Develop tools to measure technical team performance quarterly or annually.
