About the Role

The manager will conduct monthly business reviews, deliver virtual training webinars, retain and grow the product mix, and launch new innovations while acting as the single point of contact for pricing, product recommendations, and value-added support. • Execute business plans and drive top‑line growth with strategic distribution customers. • Serve as trusted advisor to distribution partners, delivering an exceptional customer experience. • Collaborate with outside sales and Distributor Sales Representatives to generate and share opportunities. • Conduct monthly business reviews and virtual training webinars to drive results. • Retain and grow product mix, launch new innovations with key distributors. • Achieve sales and operational objectives for the IDS team.
