Job Highlights
About the Role
• Manage Salesforce CRM to track prospects, investor engagement, and deal activity; generate prospect lists and maintain market intelligence. • Conduct research on organizations, individuals, and market opportunities to support business development and create LinkedIn content. • Prepare Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) and proposals, including market research, asset analysis, and demographic data, collaborating with brokers, analysts, and design teams. • Develop Offering Memorandums (OMs) by coordinating property descriptions, tenant summaries, marketing assets, and quality‑controlling financials before review. • Publish listings, manage confidentiality agreements, and execute investor email campaigns while tracking engagement and offer activity. • Support brokers throughout deal flow from LOI to closing, coordinating due‑diligence, tracking milestones, and preparing closing documentation. • Organize team meetings, generate CRM reports, track pipeline and KPIs, and report progress on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least five years of experience in commercial real estate, capital markets, transaction management, or brokerage operations. Required skills include advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, strong written communication, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects with meticulous attention to detail; experience with InDesign and Salesforce is a plus. • Minimum Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years commercial real estate, capital markets, or brokerage operations experience. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with InDesign and Salesforce preferred; strong written communication and storytelling ability. • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines.
