About the Role
As a Driver/Operator you will safely operate a heavy‑duty commercial truck on swing routes, navigating residential, commercial and construction environments while complying with OSHA, DOT and all other regulatory requirements. • Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections using DVIR and document any issues. • Report unsafe conditions, service calls, incidents, accidents, injuries or property damage to the Route Manager or Dispatch immediately. • Participate in all required training, briefings and meetings. • Collaborate with Route Managers to improve route efficiency and address unsafe accounts. • Assist fellow drivers as directed and follow scheduled duties. • Communicate customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Route Manager promptly. • Fully dump containers, clean the site, and position containers upright with lids secured, avoiding blockage of driveways. • Complete and submit customer tickets for excess yardage removal. • Follow route assignments and submit end‑of‑day documentation. • Meet physical demands including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching, handling, sitting, talking, and hearing.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least two years of experience operating a CDL‑required vehicle or equivalent recent military driving experience, be 18 years or older, legally eligible to work in the country, and hold a Class B Commercial Driver’s License. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
