About the Role
• Monitor on‑site field construction activities and ensure they follow approved work plans and Area Shutdown Requests. • Apply comprehensive knowledge of construction disciplines, methods, and installation techniques. • Verify work complies with the latest plans, specifications, approved changes, submittals, and RFIs. • Collaborate with Design/Builder and stakeholders to plan construction activities, identify critical milestones, and set priorities. • Track budget estimates, staffing requirements, and schedule to meet cost goals. • Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to maintain schedules and budgets. • Identify potential problems early and take preventive actions to meet critical milestones. • Enforce safe construction practices to achieve quality control at maximum efficiency and minimum cost. • Prepare periodic progress reports for senior management and clients. • Implement project labor‑agreement policies and other corporate procedures. • Participate in coordination meetings with Design/Builder, trade partners, stakeholders, and LAWA Operations. • Review contractor change‑order claims, assess merit, and negotiate resolutions.

What You Bring
The Tsui Group is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate to join our aviation team as a Construction Manager III in Los Angeles County. This position is responsible for managing the scope, cost, schedule and operational interfaces of all design and construction related activities for the program. • Minimum 10 years of construction management experience, preferably on airport projects. • Experience managing projects valued over $100 million. • Familiarity with Design‑Bid‑Build, Design + CMAR, and Design/Build delivery methods. • Proven management capabilities with strong written and oral communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Optional certifications: AAAE, LEED, PE, or other relevant professional licensure. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam; CAD or Revit skills preferred.
