About the Role

Based in Berea, OH, the Press Operator works within the Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) team, setting up and operating hydraulic punch presses, performing first‑piece inspections, verifying dimensions against blueprints, maintaining dies and equipment, and documenting all production data. • Set up and operate hydraulic punch presses according to process instructions • Conduct first‑piece inspections and verify product dimensions against blueprints • Inspect dies, perform preventative maintenance, and keep equipment in good condition • Follow safety procedures, wear PPE, and ensure all guarding is functional • Complete daily safety sign‑off sheets and maintain a clean, safe work area • Document production data, complete work instruction sheets, and record labor transactions

What You Bring

Required experience includes verifying part dimensions with micrometers, calipers, or other gauges, basic computer and math skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Blueprint reading is preferred. Physical demands include standing for 8‑10 hours daily, frequent lifting up to 50 lb (70 lb with assistance), and the ability to perform repetitive motions such as grasping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
