Job Highlights
About the Role
The technician will install, maintain and repair BMS hardware such as controllers, sensors, actuators and networking devices, perform system diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and program configurations to meet project requirements. Collaboration with engineering and project teams will support BMS integration, while providing customer training, regular inspections, and detailed service documentation. Safety protocols, on‑call duties and adherence to budget and timeline constraints are also required. • Install, maintain, and repair BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, and networking devices. • Program and configure BMS to meet specific project specifications. • Collaborate with engineering and project teams for BMS integration. • Provide customer training, technical support, and conduct regular performance assessments. • Document maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment records. • Adhere to safety regulations, perform on‑call duties and manage service delivery within budget and timelines. • Lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, work in confined spaces and use hand/power tools for extended periods.

What You Bring
Candidates must be Australian citizens at the time of application and be able to obtain an AGSVA NV1 security clearance. Physical demands include lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces and using hand‑ and power‑tools, as well as standing, stooping or kneeling for extended periods. Applicants who are innovative technical partners, knowledgeable in building management systems and passionate about energy efficiency are encouraged to apply.
