About the Role

You will welcome visitors, manage the reception area and maintain sign‑in procedures while delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes coordinating meeting‑room bookings, preparing spaces for client and internal meetings, and arranging venue set‑ups for functions and events. You will process facilities service requests, liaise with vendors or team members, and manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries and courier services. Additionally, you will maintain office‑supply inventory, assist with ordering, support the Facilities Manager with documentation, record‑keeping and reporting, and perform other administrative tasks related to facilities operations. • Greet visitors, manage reception, and maintain sign‑in procedures with excellent customer service. • Coordinate meeting‑room bookings, prepare spaces, and arrange venue set‑ups for events. • Process facilities service requests and liaise with vendors or team members. • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, courier services, and manage office‑supply inventory. • Support the Facilities Manager with documentation, record‑keeping and reporting.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (an associate’s degree is preferred) and at least two years of experience in reception, office administration, or customer service. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and be detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities. A customer‑service mindset, professional demeanor, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment are essential. Previous experience in facilities coordination or property management, knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures, and familiarity with facilities‑management software are advantageous. Experience in the electronics industry or corporate office environments, fluency in English and Hindi (and other Indian languages), and a track record of coordinating with vendors and service providers are also valued. • Meet minimum qualifications: high school diploma (associate preferred) and 2+ years reception/administrative experience. • Proficient in MS Office, strong communication skills, detail‑oriented and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. • Preferred: facilities coordination or property‑management experience, knowledge of building systems, facilities‑management software, and fluency in English and Hindi.
