About the Role
• Clean and maintain buildings and facilities. • Follow chemical and equipment procedures to protect floors and fixtures. • Report needed repairs or additions to building systems to manager. • Adhere to safety, security, compliance, and quality standards. • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment. • Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment manually or with hand trucks. • Clean interior glass, windows, partitions, and mirrors. • Wash and replace blinds. • Gather and empty trash. • Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walkways, raking leaves, cutting grass, and snow removal. • Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas. • Service, clean, and supply restrooms.

What You Bring
The Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and maintaining an assigned area, working a rotating night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. This role is open to individuals 18 years or older and does not require prior experience, a high school diploma, GED, or college degree. On‑the‑job training is provided. Preferred candidates have at least one year of similar cleaning experience and customer service background. The position is well‑suited for individuals entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required. • Customer service experience preferred. • At least one year of similar cleaning work experience preferred. • Communicate effectively with clients, co‑workers, and supervisors.
