Assistant Finishes Manager

About the Role

The role supports projects to deliver agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality requirements, coordinating with all relevant parties to understand and achieve the objectives set out in the project plans. • Assist project team in delivering objectives according to the project plan. • Monitor and uphold health, safety, and wellbeing standards throughout the project. • Prepare, update, and modify project plans as needed. • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and monitor quality systems. • Attend and record meetings, providing analysis and site‑walk observations. • Partner with stakeholders on risk management and mitigation. • Track and formalise project changes within agreed timeframes. • Provide handover documentation before practical completion. • Support external/third‑party client appointment activities for the project and programme management team. • Conduct research, analysis, and record‑keeping to supply accurate information for project management. • Identify and solve issues that are not immediately evident. • Contribute to net‑zero carbon transition by managing associated emissions and reductions.
