About the Role
• Procure, install, configure, operate, and maintain system hardware, software, and related infrastructure. • Manage Windows and Linux operating systems, applications, IP networks, subnets, and switches. • Configure and maintain DoD and IC standard distributed authentication services. • Build systems from bare metal in alignment with accredited baselines. • Ensure hardware, OS, and software adhere to company and government security policies. • Perform regular security monitoring, daily backups, file archival, and purge as needed. • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request. • Conduct performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization. • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures across multiple sites. • Document and monitor the cyber security program implementation plan. • Maintain video wall system and displays.

What You Bring
The company seeks a highly skilled System Administrator to support operations in a classified environment at Camp Smith, Hawaii. This full‑time, 100% onsite role is critical to the reliability, security, and performance of complex systems that support Department of Defense and Intelligence Community missions. • Minimum 5 years of professional systems engineering or administration experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field. • Strong understanding of DoD and IC security policies, authentication services, and secure protocols. • Active U.S. government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; U.S. citizenship required. • IAT Level I certification (Security+ or equivalent). • Experience with Hadoop, HBase/Accumulo, Spark, or Kafka. • Familiarity with ACAS, Rancher, Grafana, and Cloud Security Gateway. • Knowledge of DoD and IC network infrastructures and support for Joint IO Range or DREN environments. • Ability to create technical documentation, tutorials, and procedural instructions. • Experience working in Agile environments using Jira, Confluence, and GitLab. • Ability to maintain facility video distribution systems and displays. • Experience performing remote or onsite break/fix support.
