About the Role
The role is for a Project Manager within the growing Buildings team, supporting delivery through the RIBA stages and acting as the integrator of multidisciplinary teams. Projects span a diverse client base, including central government departments, local authorities and private sector organisations such as the Ministry of Justice, Home Office, Homes England, MHCLG and TfL. • Advise clients on strategic brief, goals and objectives. • Support client team establishment and procurement. • Define project success factors (time, cost, quality, environmental and social outcomes). • Set up project governance aligned with legislative requirements. • Produce a detailed project execution plan. • Establish reporting requirements and generate progress reports. • Lead and integrate multidisciplinary services throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage the change control process. • Monitor project performance against success indicators. • Implement performance management using KPIs. • Develop communication strategy and information management plan, managing stakeholder interfaces. • Manage commissions via the BMS process. • Oversee resourcing and commercial performance, mitigating risk and maximizing opportunities. • Capture project capability and value evidence through case studies and client feedback. • Support account leaders in developing new business and cross‑selling solutions. • Manage bids through the WIN process. • Drive innovation to improve service efficiency and quality. • Build strong relationships with clients, teams and stakeholders. • Mentor and coach junior team members.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will demonstrate alignment with the company’s PRIDE values, have substantial project‑management experience in the building sector, and be working towards or hold a chartered qualification such as MAPM, MRICS or MCIOB. The position requires both autonomous working and collaboration within larger teams, as well as knowledge of pre‑ and post‑contract management practices. • Demonstrate relevant project‑management experience in the Buildings sector. • Know pre‑ and post‑contract management methodologies. • Working towards or holding MAPM, MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent chartered status. • Experience with NEC contract management. • Excellent oral, written and organisational communication. • Soft skills: self‑motivation, leadership, adaptability, collaboration, influence and persuasion.
