About the Role
• Lead integrated planning, cost, and risk activities to optimize resources and meet budget and timeline goals. • Apply and enforce established planning and scheduling methodology in all project schedules. • Create and maintain project milestone and progress tracking baselines. • Evaluate subcontractor compliance with scheduling standards. • Assist in developing the Work Breakdown Structure for performance measurement. • Analyze schedule data to identify trends, issues, and required actions, reporting to the Project Director. • Communicate schedule information with internal and external stakeholders. • Mentor and coach planning team members. • Produce schedule forecasts, contingency plans, and regular update reports. • Ensure contractor schedules align with integrated project milestones. • Assess resource availability impacts and propose recovery strategies. • Observe SOX control requirements where applicable. • Support broader business initiatives such as RFP responses.

What You Bring
The company is hiring an Associate Director – Scheduling for its US Infrastructure team. The role requires strong leadership and a proven track record of managing schedules on large‑scale projects or programmes, working within an integrated planning, cost and risk environment. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction‑related discipline; graduate degree preferred. • Possess at least 8 years of civil infrastructure scheduling experience on major programs. • Demonstrate expertise with Primavera P6 (or newer) and Microsoft Project. • Thrive in complex, fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments. • Exhibit strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
