About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property, including daily on‑site presence, showing units, processing leases, and maintaining positive resident experiences. • Attend the property site daily and maintain on‑site presence. • Show, qualify, tour, and lease prospective residents, completing all move‑in paperwork. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, maintain model units, and follow up to close leases. • Respond to prospect inquiries within 24 hours and track leasing data accurately. • Apply sales and marketing tactics to boost traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet leasing targets. • Handle resident complaints, requests, and service issues to ensure satisfaction. • Develop and execute resident retention initiatives such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Support lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Perform administrative duties and maintain cleanliness of office and common areas. • Contribute to annual marketing plans, market surveys, and weekly competitive analysis reports. • Deliver exceptional customer service and monitor service request response times. • Enforce community policies consistently as directed by management.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer proficiency, and an understanding of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements. The role involves regular movement around the property, occasional lifting of up to 25 lb, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, or night hours as needed. • Minimum requirement: high school diploma or equivalent with basic computer and software skills. • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards is required.
