About the Role
• Perform mechanical engineering design ensuring accuracy, technical quality, and compliance with project requirements and international standards. • Solve complex engineering challenges using advanced methodologies, modelling tools, and innovative approaches. • Prepare and review calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and tender documentation from concept through detailed design, construction, and commissioning. • Conduct site inspections, technical reviews, and system performance assessments to ensure alignment with design intent. • Support multidisciplinary coordination with architecture, electrical, structural, and specialist engineering teams. • Ensure adherence to engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality assurance procedures. • Identify process improvements and contribute to innovation initiatives across the engineering team. • Support project managers by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and resolving technical issues to maintain project delivery timelines.

What You Bring
Our Engineering team is expanding across the UAE in response to a growing portfolio of multidisciplinary projects. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our integrated team and participate in the delivery of mechanical engineering design and project execution across buildings, infrastructure, industrial facilities, and complex mechanical systems. • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. • 6–8 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience in building services, industrial systems, and infrastructure. • Strong expertise in HVAC system design, mechanical plant, piping systems, equipment selection, and system integration. • Proficiency in design and modelling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and mechanical calculation tools. • Strong understanding of local and international mechanical codes and standards. • Ability to conduct technical reviews, validate engineering solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance. • Experience preparing specifications, feasibility studies, and technical reports. • Excellent communication skills. • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) design. • Previous UAE experience is highly advantageous.
