Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions and sell packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collections. The role requires lifting or moving items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities for up to 50 % of the time, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies. • Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory availability. • Audit cash drawers and complete bank deposits. • Make payment reminder and collection calls as needed. • Transport items weighing up to 35 lb and walk/stand outdoors for up to 50 % of the shift. • Clean and maintain interior and exterior areas, including sweeping, mopping, and debris removal.

What You Bring

Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food.
