About the Role
Parsons is seeking a Contracts Manager to support a complex infrastructure project in Dublin. The role will oversee all pre‑ and post‑contract activities, ensure compliance with contractual requirements, monitor contractor performance and support effective governance throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage full contract lifecycle from pre‑award support through administration, completion and final assessment. • Lead contract negotiations, review drafts and advise project, legal, technical and financial teams. • Oversee contractor and consultant performance, including KPIs, incentive schedules, compensation events and improvement plans. • Develop and implement contract management strategies, frameworks and best practices for the project. • Mentor and lead a team of Contract Administrators and foster collaboration with stakeholders. • Monitor and report financial, schedule and contractual risks, handling claims, delay damages and mitigation. • Support governance, tendering and evaluation processes ensuring compliance with contract and procurement standards. • Provide assurance on RFIs, RFTs and contract documentation, including conditions and amendments. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve contractual issues and align project delivery. • Identify, assess and manage contractual risks and disputes, advising senior leadership on solutions.

What You Bring
The successful candidate will bring more than ten years of contract‑management experience, including at least five years handling complex contracts such as NEC, and hold a Level 8 degree in engineering, project management, quantity surveying, law or a related field. Proven experience on high‑value infrastructure projects, strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills, and the ability to lead and mentor teams are essential.
