What You Bring

MasTec Civil is seeking a Construction Intern for the Summer 2026 semester in a co‑op arrangement. The intern will assist the operations team on a variety of projects involving project management, procedure development, quality, and special initiatives, applying academic knowledge in a professional environment. The internship offers hands‑on exposure to estimating, schedule planning, project controls, and reporting while working under close supervision on assigned special projects. Interns are expected to uphold health‑ and‑safety standards, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and interact professionally with clients, managers, and colleagues. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in engineering, construction management, or a related field, and possess strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
