Lead planning, scheduling and HSE for mixed-use PMO project in Muscat.

About the Role
The role supports a PMO implementation for a mixed‑use development in a suburb of greater Muscat, comprising primarily residential and retail areas together with extensive public‑realm spaces. The successful candidate will lead a safe, high‑quality delivery environment, champion well‑being and inclusion, and uphold strong HSE standards. They will direct key assignments, ensure effective planning and scheduling aligned with strategic objectives, and support senior management with governance, due diligence and long‑term business strategy. Collaboration, knowledge‑sharing and strong stakeholder relationships will be fostered across projects, with supervision of planning and scheduling across complex phases, progress reporting, productivity tracking and the integration of sustainability, safety and contract compliance into programme delivery. • Oversee a safe, high‑quality, compliant delivery environment while championing well‑being, inclusion and strong HSE standards. • Direct key assignments to ensure effective planning, scheduling and performance aligned with strategic objectives. • Support senior management with governance, due diligence and long‑term business strategy. • Foster collaboration, knowledge‑sharing and strong stakeholder relationships across projects. • Supervise planning and scheduling across complex project phases. • Interface with stakeholders to drive progress reporting and productivity tracking. • Embed sustainability, safety and contract compliance into programme delivery. • Manage planning teams, tools and methodologies to ensure performance and continuous improvement.
