About the Role
The primary responsibility of the Housekeeper is to clean vacant apartments in preparation for move‑in as well as to clean occupied apartments on a weekly basis or as scheduled, follow the cleaning schedule outlined for the cleaning of the common areas of the Community, and assure that the highest degree of cleanliness is always maintained. • Clean vacant apartments for move‑in and report any problem areas. • Clean occupied, respite, and guest apartments as scheduled and report issues. • Detail‑clean halls and common areas; manage cleaning‑supply inventory and report needs. • Maintain laundry and linen rooms; clean dryer lint traps daily and washer/dryer area weekly.
