About the Role
The Maintenance Technician C works under the guidance of a Lead Technician, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Manager to perform preventive maintenance on diesel and non‑diesel equipment and trucks. The role requires a basic understanding of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems to carry out routine inspections, oil changes, fluid top‑offs, tire changes, and minor electrical tasks. Employees enjoy working on a single, state‑of‑the‑art fleet that supports drivers on their routes and services some of the most technically advanced vehicles on the road. Technicians maintain and repair complex, high‑power machinery, conduct visual inspections to spot potential issues, and use a variety of tools to diagnose malfunctions. They complete required company training programs, perform light repairs such as adjustments and tire changes, and handle basic electrical work like light replacements. Additional duties are assigned as needed, and performance is recognized with clear career growth paths.

What You Bring
A certified diesel maintenance program is preferred but not mandatory; ASE certification and a valid driver’s license are also desirable. Candidates should possess basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems and be able to follow preventive‑maintenance procedures. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies are essential.
