About the Role
The plant position focuses on maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while supporting daily production targets. The role involves general plant upkeep, equipment operation, and coordination with contractors and drivers in a dynamic work environment. • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies. • Meet daily production goals by performing all aspects of plant operations. • Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as greasing, checking oil levels, and clearing conveyor spillage. • Perform general plant repairs and operate equipment like skid loaders and plant trucks. • Communicate job information effectively with contractors and drivers.

What You Bring
Employment is contingent on a pre‑offer physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, background check, and, where applicable, ongoing FMCSA‑regulated testing. Work conditions include exposure to moving machinery, weather extremes, humidity, and elevated noise levels. • Possess basic computer skills and solid mechanical aptitude for maintenance work. • Ability to operate plant equipment and acquire basic welding and torch operation skills. • Have general knowledge of hot‑mix asphalt production and operations.

Benefits
