JLL seeks a candidate with 10 to 15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling to lead timelines, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure successful execution of ambitious real‑estate developments. • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • 10–15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, focusing on data centers and commercial greenfield projects. • Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling software. • Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and problem‑solving skills. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities for diverse team collaboration. • Knowledge of Mumbai’s regulatory environment and real‑estate market dynamics (advantage).
