What You Bring
We are seeking a self‑motivated, reliable, and trustworthy individual with experience in a manufacturing facility or fabrication shop. The role involves fabricating duct work that will be installed on large projects such as hospitals, research labs, sports stadiums, schools, and other vertical markets. Candidates must be able to use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble products, lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly, and work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment. • Lift up to 30 lb repeatedly.

The position is located in Orlando, FL 32824 and is a full-time night shift role, Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 12:45 am. Pay ranges from $18.50 to $25 per hour depending on experience, with post‑graduation pay up to $25 after successful completion of the accredited apprenticeship program.
