About the Role
The Recycling Waste Sourcing Manager will lead the sourcing and procurement of construction and demolition (C&D) waste materials such as concrete, asphalt, brick and other inert aggregates for the company’s recycling operations. The role ensures a reliable, compliant and cost‑effective supply of raw materials that are turned into recycled aggregates for construction and infrastructure projects. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for recyclable aggregates. • Build relationships with demolition contractors, construction firms, municipalities and landfill operators. • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure sustainable procurement. • Monitor material quality and ensure regulatory compliance. • Collaborate with logistics and operations to streamline material flows. • Track market trends and provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership. • Promote ethical and environmentally responsible sourcing aligned with circular‑economy principles.
