About the Role
The role requires the use of various digital tools for remote work, such as laptops, iPads, infrared cameras, Google Glasses, and Microsoft Teams. Employees must regularly lift, carry, push, or pull loads up to 50 pounds and may occasionally handle heavier items with assistance. Travel over long distances, working in extreme weather, poor lighting, dusty or noisy environments is also expected. • Utilize laptops, iPads, IR cameras, Google Glasses, and MS Teams for remote tasks. • Travel long distances and operate in extreme weather, low lighting, dusty or noisy sites. • Obtain and maintain a valid TWIC card. • Use hand and power tools for equipment assembly. • Communicate technical issues clearly and collaborate to meet deadlines.

What You Bring
A valid TWIC card must be obtainable and maintained. Proficiency with hand and power tools is needed for equipment assembly. The position demands effective performance under time constraints and in stressful situations, the ability to clearly explain technical problems and solutions, and strong collaboration with the team to meet project deadlines. Applicants need at least a high school diploma (or GED) with a minimum of three years’ experience testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems. Alternatively, completion of an accredited trade school program combined with seven or more years of relevant experience is acceptable. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future corporate sponsorship. No relocation assistance is provided; applicants within a 50‑mile radius are preferred, though active‑duty military members are exempt from this geographic limitation. An associate degree or higher from an accredited institution is desirable, and a bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred. Experience with power‑quality measurements, troubleshooting, analysis, and protective relays is also valued. • Lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lb regularly; handle >50 lb with assistance when needed. • Minimum: high school diploma + 3 years electrical distribution/control experience, or trade school + 7 years experience. • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; no relocation assistance. • Preference for candidates within 50 mi; active‑duty military exempt from distance limit. • Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering preferred. • Experience with power‑quality measurements and protective relays.
