About the Role
• Perform civil design and project management for land, urban, and subdivision projects • Provide construction phase support, design review, and quality audits • Manage stakeholder relations and liaise with authorities • Coordinate with engineers, designers, and drafters • Ensure compliance with professional standards, ethics, and Stantec quality procedures • Manage client relationships and consultant coordination • Assist with business development and project management activities • Support project leaders in program delivery, profitability, risk management, and client satisfaction

What You Bring
The position requires independent design, project delivery, and stakeholder management. It is suited to an experienced civil engineer with a solid technical design background and strong consulting and delivery skills, supporting projects from concept through construction. Successful candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, possess demonstrated experience in civil infrastructure design and project management, and be familiar with Australian standards, codes, and state requirements. Registration as a CP Eng and RPEQ is expected when eligible. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Demonstrated experience in civil design and project management of infrastructure projects • Knowledge of Australian standards, codes, and state requirements • Obtain CP Eng and RPEQ registration when eligible
