About the Role
• Receive accommodation reservations and record guest payment details • Allocate rooms to arriving guests • Provide information on hotel policies, procedures, facilities, and local tourism • Address customer concerns and queries • Issue receipts and maintain credit‑card security for reservations • Follow General Manager’s training requirements and safety deposit box procedures • Wear uniform and name tag on property at all times • Perform routine cleaning of work area • Document and report minor repairs or replacements of room furnishings and equipment • Greet guests with a smile in all hotel areas • Respond promptly to guest repair requests • Report lost‑and‑found items per hotel procedures • Maintain high personal hygiene and professional appearance

What You Bring
