Assist community manager with daily operations, finance, leasing, staff, and resident services.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Post payments and income accurately; reconcile daily receivables; monitor bad debt and process evictions; ensure budgeted revenue and NOI; close month‑end and generate reports; audit resident files and handle move‑out charges. • Maintain daily onsite presence; recruit, hire, train and coach staff per company standards; provide ongoing performance guidance; enforce policy compliance and promote teamwork. • Oversee leasing process to secure agreements; implement marketing plans; address resident complaints and requests; develop retention programs; conduct showings, lease signings and move‑ins. • Deliver excellent customer service and track maintenance request response times; perform regular property inspections; supervise overall business functions; manage resources, vendor bids and supplies efficiently. • Stand or sit for extended periods; move within property, lift up to 25 lb, climb ladders or stairs, operate equipment and vehicles; work overtime, weekends or nights as needed; tolerate outdoor conditions and occasional hazardous chemicals.

What You Bring
• Require high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) or equivalent experience; 1‑2 years housing industry background; proficient with onsite software and basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA.
