About the Role
Customer relationship management is a core responsibility, involving the development of executive‑level relationships with MTDC operators and design‑build firms, as well as delivering comprehensive presentations on company solutions. You will resolve resource misalignments and collaborate with regional managers, the US MTDC team, and Canadian stakeholders to ensure alignment. Additionally, you will provide voice‑of‑the‑customer feedback to product, system, and service leaders for future improvements. • Lead and coordinate action‑oriented national account plans with input from sales, service, and support teams. • Identify and prioritize strategic Multi‑Tenant Data Center (MTDC) accounts. • Maintain company‑wide visibility of the opportunity pipeline using Salesforce. • Build executive‑level relationships with MTDC operators and design‑build firms. • Develop and deliver presentations covering company overview, programs, products, and solutions. • Resolve resource misalignment and account priority issues with regional managers. • Collaborate with US MTDC teams and Canadian stakeholders for resource alignment. • Provide voice‑of‑the‑customer feedback to product, system, solution, and service leaders. • Leverage technical background to understand and articulate complex solutions.

What You Bring
Success in this role requires a consultative approach, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to build relationships while navigating a fast‑moving, high‑growth market. You will lead strategic account planning, coordinate national account plans, and prioritize multi‑tenant data center (MTDC) accounts. Visibility into the opportunity pipeline will be maintained using Salesforce and included in all status and results reporting. A successful candidate communicates clearly and confidently, building strong engagement from initial outreach through complex discussions. Excellent planning, time management, and attention to detail ensure accurate and efficient delivery of work. Technical expertise enables you to understand and articulate complex solutions, while a diverse background brings fresh, innovative ideas to the team. The role requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, at least seven years of electrical industry sales, marketing, or engineering experience, and a valid driver's license. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship and will work onsite in a hybrid schedule at the Toronto office. Travel up to 50% of the time, including trips to the United States, is expected, and no relocation assistance is provided. Additional qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, eight or more years of direct sales/account management experience, and at least two years in strategic marketing. Candidates should have technical and commercial knowledge of low‑voltage switchboards, medium‑voltage switchgear, transformers, UPS, PDU, and STS systems, as well as experience in the data‑center segment. • Communicate clearly and confidently throughout the sales cycle. • Exhibit strong planning, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills. • Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a valid driver's license. • Minimum seven years of electrical industry sales, marketing, or engineering experience. • Legally authorized to work in Canada without corporate sponsorship. • Possess a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years of direct sales/account management experience. • Have at least 2 years of strategic marketing experience. • Demonstrate technical and commercial understanding of low‑voltage switchboards, medium‑voltage switchgear, transformers, UPS, PDU, and STS. • Experience working in the target data‑center segment or with related clients.
