About the Role
Join our dynamic team as an IT Product Management Senior Professional, serving as the bridge between vision and execution in our innovative product development landscape. In this role you will lead People Analytics initiatives that align with business strategy and global priorities. • Own end‑to‑end delivery of People Analytics programs, defining objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks. • Oversee portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple projects. • Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of analysts, data engineers, and program coordinators, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. • Serve as the liaison between HR, Digital, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and influence senior leadership. • Drive adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning, ensuring platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle are optimized for scalability, performance, security, and compliance. • Translate business needs into actionable analytics strategies and technology roadmaps, identifying emerging AI and predictive analytics trends. • Apply agile methodologies to maximize value and implement best practices in IT service portfolio management and cost allocation. • Offer the opportunity to shape product strategy, work with cutting‑edge technologies, and enjoy autonomy in driving service improvements.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or Computer Science and brings at least eight years of experience in analytics, technology, or program management within large, complex organizations. • Demonstrate excellence in stakeholder management, cross‑functional collaboration, and documentation with strong analytical attention to detail.
