Job Highlights
About the Role
• Deliver engaging product demos, training sessions and webinars for clients. • Own the end‑to‑end client journey, from onboarding to upgrades and optimisation. • Partner with clients on setup, pricing, recommendations and best‑practice platform use. • Plan and lead product update rollouts, ensuring client adoption of new features. • Resolve product queries and help‑desk tickets within service level agreements. • Support customer retention and renewals by collaborating with sales and solutions teams. • Analyze campaign data to identify risks, trends and commercial opportunities. • Champion customer feedback to drive improvements in sales, marketing and product. • Manage rebrands and template changes, coordinating testing and timelines with stakeholders. • Maintain operational excellence in billing, reporting and product management. • Apply business acumen and financial awareness to client solutions.

What You Bring
