About the Role

• Lead development, implementation and monitoring of office operating plan and budget • Develop and implement strategic plan for office growth with business groups, marketing, and operations • Manage office personnel to deliver high-quality services and meet or exceed targets • Establish and monitor office procedures, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, contracts, and quality standards • Provide overall office leadership in collaboration with Area management and Project Managers • Coordinate with regional/area operations managers, business group directors, and marketing managers on client development, staffing, and service delivery • Own office planning guide process, managing office sizing, seating, and space to meet operational goals • Support hiring, performance evaluation, staff development, training, and recognition • Assist in managing project staffing and workload balancing • Maintain key client relationships and act as Project Principal or Project Manager • Communicate, implement, monitor, and enforce company policies within the office • Participate in area quality assurance, risk management, business reviews, and dispute resolution • Represent the company in business and community engagements

What You Bring

• Holds professional Engineering or Architecture registration with extensive technical management experience • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related professional field • Demonstrated outstanding leadership, communication, and team‑building abilities • Experience managing and developing diverse teams • Ability to collaborate with operations managers, business groups, technical directors, and marketing managers
