What You Bring

Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience or familiarity with repairing and maintaining Power, HVAC, Compressor, and Pump equipment and accessories. Basic knowledge of generators, power distribution, A/C, heaters, diesel‑driven pumps, electronics, and hydraulics is essential, along with the physical ability to bend, squat, lift 25 lb or more, and reach. Transferable skill sets from military MOS, AFSC, or NEC codes are valued, and related experience may include construction equipment mechanic, field service technician, heavy equipment mechanic, maintenance electrician, and similar roles.
