About the Role

Under general direction, you will perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and replacement of HVAC mechanical equipment and building control systems. You will assist branch leadership by coaching and mentoring technicians, providing Level 1 technical support, and ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations. All required project and service documentation must be completed accurately, and you will strive to deliver the highest level of customer service. You will adhere to Johnson Controls and customer safety standards, providing safety leadership to technicians and subcontractors on job sites. Recognized as a leader, you will act as an escalation point for complex system problems, delivering on‑the‑job training and expert guidance. Additionally, you will contribute to quoting, estimating, material identification, and scheduling of skilled personnel to ensure efficient service delivery. Your role includes managing assigned work to meet professional execution standards, on‑time delivery, and customer satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor, communicating with customers before, during, and after service, recommending enhancements, upgrades, or repairs, and providing consultant‑level solutions.
