About the Role
Partner with the best. As a Shop/Plan Operator • CNC Machinist, you will be performing functions to set up and operate various types of conventional and CNC machines, as well as performing production machining operations specified by the Manufacturing Order Package. • Perform adjustments and measurements within close tolerances to ensure proper alignment of machines and parts. • Assist the Support Team in tool performance evaluation and testing of new programs and cutting tools. • Conduct preventive maintenance on machine tools and implement good 5S auditing practices. • Use CMM tools to inspect parts, record critical dimensions, and map machining. • Support the fixture team in evaluating fixture performance, rigidity, and testing new fixture designs and clamping methods. • Implement new machining technologies to reduce costs and participate in lean manufacturing improvement projects.

What You Bring
• At least 1 year of experience in mill/turn machining industries. • Secondary education, ITE, diploma, or graduate in science in metal machining. • Good interpersonal skills, team player attitude, and basic computer proficiency. • Ability to read and understand English.
