About the Role
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned defence projects. • Develop and present business cases to secure project funding. • Produce and maintain detailed schedules, tracking dependencies and resources. • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and capitalize on opportunities. • Implement quality management processes for all project outputs. • Engage and manage stakeholders, aligning interests and influence levels. • Conduct regular project governance reviews and report progress. • Build, lead and develop project teams, ensuring effective collaboration. • Manage supplier relationships and contractual performance.

What You Bring
The role requires UK immigration eligibility without Skilled Worker sponsorship, as the firm does not currently sponsor that visa route following changes introduced in April 2024. • Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. • APM PMQ (or PRINCE2 Practitioner / Managing Successful Programmes) certification. • Membership of the Association for Project Management. • Proven delivery of complex infrastructure/technical projects in regulated sectors. • Self‑motivated, proactive, with strong leadership, adaptability and flexibility. • Ability to travel, including overnight stays, across sectors and client sites. • Full UK driving licence. • Experience with NEC contract forms (desirable). • Background delivering defence or nuclear projects (desirable). • Excellent written and oral communication and organisational skills. • Strong analytical, research and planning abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
