What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred, and possess 3–5 years of experience servicing diesel, heavy‑construction, or specialty equipment. A valid driver’s license—and in some locations a CDL—is required, and applicants may need to supply their own tools. Essential skills include knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, troubleshooting ability, flexibility in fast‑paced environments, and bilingual capability where needed. • High school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training desired • 3-5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment strongly preferred • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (21 years of age & CDL license may be required in some locations) • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals • Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs • Work in remote or on‑site locations requiring adaptability • Physical responsibilities include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 lb or more
