Job Highlights
About the Role
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and perform follow‑up. • Complete all leasing paperwork prior to move‑in and assist with lease audits and unit turn processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints, concerns, and requests. • Help develop and implement resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Contribute to office, common area, and model unit upkeep and cleaning. • Assist with annual marketing plan implementation and conduct ongoing market surveys and analysis. • Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; produce weekly market reports. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and ensure consistent resident dealings. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring
• Required education: High School Diploma or equivalent. • Must understand on‑site software, basic computer skills, Fair Housing Laws, and OSHA requirements. • Physical duties include frequent walking, ladder use, lifting up to 25 lb, operating equipment, and ability to work overtime, weekends, and in adverse conditions.
