What You Bring
The program seeks individuals who are eager to learn, demonstrate leadership potential, and hold a relevant engineering background with some prior exposure to engineering work. Participants must be open to relocation and a hybrid work arrangement, and the role is limited to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship. • Required degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering. • Minimum of one engineering internship; less than 2 years of total professional experience. • Demonstrated leadership behaviors, critical thinking, problem‑solving, learning agility, and accountability. • Preferred software experience: SAP, 3D CAD (CATIA), DeepHow, or similar tools. • English fluency (native or bilingual) is required; no visa sponsorship (H‑1B, OPT/CPT, TN) is provided. • Willingness to relocate for at least one rotation; relocation assistance is offered.
