About the Role

The supervisor is accountable for maintaining equipment reliability, coordinating repairs, and driving preventive‑maintenance strategies that reduce downtime and operational costs. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential to guide the maintenance team, manage projects, and ensure compliance with safety standards. • Manage and execute the preventive maintenance program for all plant equipment and facilities. • Oversee maintenance activities to keep equipment in satisfactory condition and schedule repairs with minimal disruption. • Coordinate equipment modifications and replacements with other departments to improve operations and lower maintenance costs. • Collaborate with project engineers to ensure efficient facility operations. • Supervise maintenance of plant transportation equipment. • Conduct equipment cost studies, recommend cost‑saving measures, and present findings to the Plant Manager. • Set objectives and performance standards for maintenance projects aligned with corporate goals. • Ensure adequate supply and control of spare parts and maintenance supplies. • Provide leadership and training to maintenance technicians. • Ensure preventive inspections and corrective repairs meet or exceed company standards.

What You Bring
